- Choosing mods -
Hello and welcome to my article. Today I'll be talking about mods and how to choose them carefully.
First of all, you need to get it into your head that anyone with power can destroy your forum. That's why you need to be careful as to who you decide to give power to.
Choosing mods isn't as easy as it seems, and if you choose wrongly then the consequences can be devastating, for your forum anyway. Even more so with admins.
You need to make sure that the people you choose can be trusted. It's never a good idea to just give away a few mod spots to the newest members just because they were the first people to join your forum.
I think it's also important that you don't choose too many mods. You know what they say 'too many cooks spoil the broth' and that is somewhat true. Too many mods = too much power. Of course, if you have a large community then by all means have a large mod team.
Anyway, thanks for reading!
